The program begins at Baqiutullah Hospital in Qom, through formal partnerships with medical institutions. As more hospitals come on board, Hayat Line will continue to expand, reaching families who have long been left outside the circle of care.
Every registered family receives an annual health card that unlocks subsidized medical access through partnered hospitals. The structure is secure, transparent, and ready to scale as partnerships grow.
